PRE-CONSTRUCTION
This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
CONSTRUCTION
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
We have an in-house team of experts across all fields and also work with trusted sub-contractors.
POST-CONSTRUCTION
The last step in any build. This phase includes site clean-up, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Our aftercare team manage any further maintenance packages and aftercare elements and we offer a 6 monthly, yearly and monthly contract to manage your maintenance requirements.

Clapham Town House
Our Clapham Townhouse project spread over an impressive six floors, was a complete fit out package from the shell and core.
The finest materials and fittings have been installed throughout for our client, including a state-of-the-art kitchen and extensive sourced marble and stone.
Our MEP team installed a new UFH & KNX system to upgrade the current MEP facilities throughout. Bespoke glazing was included within the full façade upgrade.
Covent Garden Town House
We were initially instructed to take over maintenance of this 4-storey town multi-million pound newly constructed townhouse in Covent Garden. Shortly after this contract started, the client liked the way in which our engineers were on call and attended to every need of the property.
We then began to carry out designs and complete renovation works as per the request of the client which included, ripping out the first floor and soundproofing for its new purpose as a home nightclub.
Arranging consents with necessary authorities for road closures to crane lift the bespoke designed jacuzzi onto the roof terrace and bespoke made cinema beds, bars, walk-in wardrobes and more.
